- To help in implementation of the SDG's
- To position Creative Economy and innovation as a key driver of economic empowerment for young people.
- To position scout movement as a key advocate for climate action / justice
- To promote Good Governance and Youth inclusion in Leadership
- To promote National Values through Education and Culture.
4. Goals
- Promote scout tourism for economic empowerment.
- Role of parliament on supporting scout movement towards SDGs achievement (Bangkok declaration)
- Encourage formation and strengthening of WPSU Chapters to support scouting in the 106 countries.
5. Deliverables
- Adoption of WSPU action plan 2025-2028
- Election of WSPU Executive committee
- Resolution of 11th General Assembly
- Approval and host of 12th General Assembly
6. Youth Assembly
Before the main assembly, the Youth Assembly will take place in Nyeri, from 6th to 9th November, 2025
